Dr. R.Jayachandra Reddy has been a surgical specialist and worked in different dispositions in the government hospitals and became the National President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA). He has been the recipient of the prestigious Dr. B.S.Roy National Award for the year 1998. He has been member of the Executive Council N.T.R. University, Health Sciences, Vijayawada-AP.

My Message
The long dreamt vision of mine and the quest to provide quality Technical education to the rural mass of the state started to materialize in the early 1980s with the maiden venture of a polytechnic college in the Khammam District. Following the overwhelming success of this institution, various institutions were established in diverse disciplines across the rural packets of Khammam District. Following this success path, Sarada Institute of Technology and Science (SITS) was established in the Khammam District in the year 2006. With liberalization, privatization and globalization, avenues for the Industrial growth has increased many folds leading to an increased technical manpower demand in the new millennium.

At Sarada Institute of Technology and Science (SITS), we are deeply conscious about the responsibilities and duties that this new millennium demands. It is our prime concern to empower the young student joining our college to meet the type of responsibilities and duties that this world needs. This has been driven appropriately and efficiently by inculcating the overall personality development of the students viz., Communication skills, presentation skills, ability to work in a team, strong basic knowledge of the subjects through the most dedicated and experienced members of the faculty. To achieve this, we leave no effort un attempted in inculcating academic integrity in our students and motivating them to have a deep sense of creativity, innovation and an interest for research and development.
